My first sourdough loaf.... 6 day process from hydrating the starter to my first bake. Pretty rewarding as it wasn't deflated or dense.

Sourdough with dried blueberries, dried cranberries, and toasted walnuts. First time adding other ingredients to the sourdough and it came out amazing!
